Our Goal is 100% Customer Satisfation. wants you to be completely satisfied with your order and our service.

Because time is an important factor of your success, each order placed is processed, hand selected to ensure your total satisfaction and is shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) or the United States Postal Service (USPS) within 1 to 2 days of ordering and payment receipt. 

All purchases and sales are final.  You cannot cancel an order once it has been processed and shipped out to you.  

If for any reason you need to cancel an order, you must notify us right away by 3:00 p.m. EST on the same day you placed your order.  We do not refund orders that have been processed and are already in transit. 

All merchandise shall be mailed to the shipping address you provide.  Should your items be returned to DFS “undeliverable,” you will not receive a refund for your order nor will DFS reimburse shipping cost.  However you may opt to contact us to provide your correct address and request we reship your items at your expense.  Items you request to be reshipped may incur additional fees which you will be notified of.  You must provide your credit card information to securely process your request prior reshipping.
