Any items purchased within the US are eligible for a return, refund or exchange. Any items purchased internationally can only be returned for an exchange.
Returned merchandise must be in new condition, not worn or altered with all of the original tags still attached.
Exchange orders are shipped to you free of charge within United States of America (excluding the cost of rush service), however, we do not cover return shipping costs. No exchanges or refunds after 15 days on any apparel item.
We refund only the purchase price of the refunded item; we cannot refund shipping, handling insurance charges on refunded orders. If you return one of the items purchased as part of a discount or special offer, your refund will be adjusted accordingly.
If you wish to return any items for any reason, you must contact us within 5 days of receipt of the goods.
Please DO NOT send back any items without contacting us first. Doing so will delay the return process, or you may become ineligible for the return altogether.
In order to return an item, you must obtain a Return Number from us. In order to be eligible for a return, all items must be in original, unworn condition with all of the original tags still attached.
Items can be exchanged for other Items of equal or lesser value at no cost to you. Should you decide to be refunded for your returned items, they are subject to a 25% restocking fee.Shipping is non-refundable.
Once your return has been authorized and processed, please allow one billing cycle on your credit card to see the credit.
