Return Policies
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. You may return any DAMANGED item(s) for an exchange or credit with the invoice and tags attached in the original condition. Credits are good for 6 months from the day of the return. Contact us by email or phone to inform us if you have a damanged garment. Items must be returned within 48 hours of your original receipt of the item and they must be returned unworn! We reserve the right to deduct a percentage of what is due back to you in credit for any returned item with an odor of smoke or is in any way less than the condition it was sent to you for dry cleaning and repairs. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. customers are responsible for all shipping charges of returned items.
Please verify your address information to be sure it is correct. The customer will be responsible for shipping charges of undeliverable packages due to incorrect address information submitted in error. Additional charges apply to re-ship the order. We may not be able to ship to some rural route addreses. Hot Styles of Jackson LLC reserves the right to deny any exchange. No return or exchange on sale items, special orders or back orders. We are not able to give refunds.
