Q. What is Exquisite Fashions return policy? A. Items are not returnable (No Exceptions). Q. Will Exquisite Fashions exchange an item? A. Yes,before exchanging an item,you must first call us to obtain a return authorization(RA#)and write the RA# on the front of the package before returning the item! Q. How much time is allowed to request an exchange? A. Exchange requests must be made within 10 days of our original shipping date. Q. What is considered an eligible return A. Exchanges with the packing slip, sent back in its Original State, Must not have been worn,and have ALL Original Tags and Hangers,a note indicating that an exchange is desired and the reason for the exchange. Q. Are there fees to exchange? A. All exchange items will incur a $ 5.00 exchange fee, and Customer pays all freight cost. A 25% restocking charge will apply to all exchanges. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Q. Can my exchange cost less than the original purchase? A. The cost of the exchanged item must be of equal value to the returned item. Q. How can I minimize my chances of exchanging an item. A. You should check the size chart on the website to insure you are selecting the correct size. Q. Can an order be cancelled? A. Print the RA# number given by our office on the outside of the package in black magic marker, otherwise, your shipment will be refused at the dock. We cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns caused by the delivery service or shipping cost.
