Return Policies
We have a 14-day return policy. All returns require pre-authorization. If you desire to return an item, call us and obtain the pre-authorization number. Once you receive the number, you may ship the item back to us. Please write your authorization number on the package. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund. In addition, shipping costs for returns is the responsiblity of the customer. All returns must have original tags and be in new condition.
