We do not issue direct refunds - if an item is returned for any reason - a store credit, less restocking fees, will be issued. Store Credits must be used within 60 days.RETURNS Retail Customers - Returns / Exchanges subject to 30% Restock Charge. We inspect all items for defects before shipping, and do not issue refunds because you did not order the correct size. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges of returned item. You may return any DAMAGED ITEM for an exchange with the tags attached in the original condition. We recommend you send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns. We reserve the right to deny any request for exchange or store credit for a returned item. All returns or exchanges will be charged a 30% restocking fee and a store credit will be issued for the balance. There is a limit of one exchange or one store credit per order. Exchange and store credit purchases cannot be returned
